Decision Implementation

 

Decision implementation is the final step in the decision-making process. Just as with the other steps in the decision-making process, this one also can be full of potholes. There is, however, one approach that I have witnessed that greatly improves the odds for achieving the desired outcome. Success and the speed of success of any implementation are directly related to the involvement of the implementers in the decision process.

The key is that when implementers are involved in the decision-making process, they will take ownership of the decision and become more engaged and more likely to insure the success of the endeavor.
